Product Tax
All product prices displayed on our website include product tax but do not include shipping costs. The total cost of your order consists of the product prices and the shipping costs based on the shipping address.
Users outside the European Union are responsible for any additional customs fees, duties, and/or taxes.
Shipping
All orders are received and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. The shipping cost for each order, depending on the shipping region, will be calculated at checkout.
Orders within Greece are shipped daily with Geniki Taxydromiki, and internationally with DHL.
Once our products leave our store, they are under the responsibility of the cooperating courier company and it is the recipient's responsibility to receive the package.
During periods of promotions, sales, and holidays, the shipping/delivery time of products is extended by 5 to 10 business days.
Payments
Credit Card
Purchasing with a credit card on our website is completely secure. All purchase information is encrypted to protect your credit card. According to security regulations, your billing address and name must match those on the card. If your card is declined, your order cannot be completed, and an automatic message will appear on your screen.
PayPal
PayPal is like an electronic wallet where you can securely store all your payment options, such as your bank account or debit and credit cards. When you want to make a payment, you don't need to enter your card number on our website. Simply click the PayPal button, log in to your PayPal account, and choose the method you prefer for the transaction. PayPal will complete the payment without sharing any information with the website.
Returns and Exchanges
Damaged, Altered Products or Incomplete Orders During Shipping
All products are carefully packaged and shipped in excellent condition.
For products that have been altered or broken during shipping, or if you notice any missing items, you must inform the company immediately (within 3 days of receiving them) with photographic evidence so we can proceed with an immediate replacement.
Defective Products
In the case that you discover a defect in a product within 14 days, the following process is followed:

Return the product to the company so that the necessary inspections can be conducted.

Once it is confirmed that the product is defective and the defect is due to the company's fault, a replacement, repair, or refund will be issued, including transportation costs.
We are not responsible for any damage that may occur due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or destruction during the removal of packaging.
Return of Non-Defective Products
You may return the product within 14 calendar days from the day of receiving the package, accompanied by all necessary sales documents.
All products must be returned only if their packaging is sealed and in unused condition.
Once your package is returned to our company, it will undergo necessary checks to ensure it meets the conditions for a refund.
Refunds are processed within 8-10 business days from the receipt of the returned items, and the refunded amount excludes shipping costs, which start from €4 for shipments up to 3 kg within Greece, and €1 per additional kilogram.
In the event that the order is returned from a country outside of Greece, the customer shall bear the shipping and return costs.
In the event that the order is returned from a country outside the European Union, the customer shall also be responsible for any customs clearance fees, taxes, and duties.
Exchange of Non-Defective Products and Gifts
You can exchange the product within 14 calendar days from the day of receiving the package, accompanied by all necessary sales documents.
All products must be returned only if their packaging is sealed and in unused condition.
Once your package is returned to our company, it will undergo necessary checks to ensure it meets the conditions for an exchange. Then, our online store will contact the sender to select the replacement product.
The exchange is based on the purchase price, and the value of the new product must be equal to or greater than the original product's price being replaced. Any price difference is paid using cash on delivery.
Additionally, shipping costs for the new shipment are solely the responsibility of the recipient and range from €5 to €8 within Greece.
Exchanges are not accepted for countries outside Greece.
Non-Collection Policy for International Shipments
The customer is responsible for collecting their package from the moment the tracking number is sent to them.
In the event that, for any reason, you do not collect your package from our partner courier service, no refunds will be issued. The responsibility for collecting the package rests entirely with the recipient once the tracking information has been provided.
